AkitaOnRailsandClaude Opus 5.5 bf27a93979 docs,release: post-audit fixes for 3.4.0

Drop merge debris from the #1843 changelog entry and normalise entry
punctuation. Count 27 MCP tools everywhere, add the new config keys and
tool parameters to ARCHITECTURE.md, and name Scoop in the upgrade refusal
and the AGENTS.md layout and release checklist.

Scoop: checkver now names the GitHub repository (the homepage is the
landing page, so bare "github" could not find releases), and a bucket
push failure no longer turns an already-published release run red.
